All of our standard orders directly available online ships from PLK Lab in Montreal Canada through Canadian Postal Services. We do our best to quickly process you order and offer shipment methods that provide the best rates we can access to.
Processing
Once we ship your order, we'll email you tracking information. You can also check your order status from within your PapierLogiK account.
The costs and shipping times depend on the quantity (weight) of products in your order and delivery options, based on the rate of Canada Post.
Keep in mind, service guarantees are suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other disasters. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late due to snow or other natural disasters including meteors, aliens, terrorism, incursions from other dimensions, etc. anywhere along your package's route.
We do not ship to hotels or mail forwarders. We may not be able to ship to PO Boxes depending on location or if there are known issues with the location. Not all shipping options are available to all locations. If shipping / billing names do not match or the payment method is outside the USA we may cancel the order - please review the distributors in your area.

These are indicative but not guaranteed, so that it usually takes 2 to 4 days for a delivery in Canada, 4 to 7 days for a delivery in the USA and 7 to 14 business days or more for international deliveries.

There is no tracking system for default deliveries to Canada so as to lower its cost, but you can ask for one or for a registered options at subsequent costs indicated below.

Our shipping system was so far able to meet every customers expectations in more than 20 countries so far in America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. The delivery times, however can vary considerably with your country and postal address within you country. We then ask you to be patient, especially if you chose a low-cost delivery rate with no registered options and tracking system.
Returns
To arrange for a return, use the contact form or email contact@papierlogik.com. We can only accept returns of unopened or dammaged kits and products, within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for both the return shipping costs and shipping costs from the original order unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us before returning any package! We're reasonable people and we hope you are too! Contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to help you out!
Shipping Options
PapierLogiK in Canada uses one carrier by default, for standard products that can be shipped in letter format which is Canada Post. Canada post is also used for sending custom packages with tracking numbers by default. In other case, you would be notified on shipping methods and conditions upon reception of your invoice for any custom request.
International Orders
You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! All international shipments are eligible for these fees. There is no way for PapierLogiK (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your country's DHL, or postal system may charge you! There are some services that can estimate the duty/taxes, while they're not 100% accurate they can be helpful. Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office or to the carrier. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.
Domestic Sales Tax ( for billing ans shipment to Canada)
Domestic sales tax rates vary depending on the province as every Canadian province has different provincial and federal tax systems or amounts.
Taxes for Canadian orders are automatically calculated based on your shipping address province entered upon a product checkout.

International VAT (for billing and shipment of Canada)
Deliveries out of Canada are not subjected to Canadian taxes or any other tax so far when purchased in our on-line store, but you may be subjected to your own tax upon delivery.
Some countries impose a VAT (value added tax) on international shipments. The tax is applied to the order total upon order when applicable, but it is generally not applied on orders considered low value.
As we did not deliver yet to every country in the world so far, and depending on the evolution of tax regulations, we may be required to charge international customers for tax when applicable. The details would vary depending on the country, and this page would be updated to reflect such changes.
