application, the conductive paper 1K has especially been designed as electrode layers for the custom fabrication of touch sensors and especially force sensing resistors.</p> <p>It can also be used for its piezoresistive behavior under compression but the conductive paper 100K is more interesting for such applications.</p> <p>This paper was also used for the design of anti-static or shielding materials, heat power transfer, temperature and humidity sensing or else as an electrode or functional layer in various components such as power sources.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Technical Details</h2> <p>This paper ca be disposed as standard sheets (A5, A4 or 1 Foot Square) or else as bigger sheets on request. The PLK-1K paper was intensively studied and we can provide the following specifications for our current stock:</p> <div class="SpecsTable"> <h3>Electrical Specifications</h3> <table><tbody><tr><td>TF Surface Resistance </td> <td>44.1 KOhms / Sq +/- 10%</td> </tr><tr><td>BF Surface Resistance</td> <td> <table><tbody><tr><td>20,1 KOhms / Sq</td> </tr></tbody></table> +/- 10%</td> </tr><tr><td>Electrical Volume Resistance </td> <td>0.7 * 10-5 Ohms.m</td> </tr><tr><td>Single page variability</td> <td>&lt; 5%</td> </tr><tr><td>Page to Page variability</td> <td>&lt; 10%</td> </tr><tr><td>Max Power</td> <td> <p>5 Watts </p> </td> </tr></tbody></table></div> <p><img alt="ROHS compiant" class="IMG-Right align-right" data-entity-type="file" data-entity-uuid="a227cf73-24f0-4cf1-8d37-afc20ef93e0e" src="/sites/default/files/inline-images/ROHS%20Compliant.png" width="1059" height="619" loading="lazy" /></p> <div class="SpecsTable"> <h3>Paper Specifications</h3> <table><tbody><tr><td>Weight</td> <td>100 g/m2</td> </tr><tr><td>Thickness</td> <td>140 microns</td> </tr><tr><td>Bulk</td> <td>0.71 g/cm3</td> </tr><tr><td>Roughness TF</td> <td>10 microns</td> </tr><tr><td>Roughness BF</td> <td>7 microns</td> </tr><tr><td>Cobb Water (60s)</td> <td>50+ g/m2</td> </tr></tbody></table></div> <div id="TechSpec-IMG"><img alt="Scanning Electron Microscope Image and X-Ray analysis of a carbon-loaded paper (carbon distribution in yellow)" data-entity-type="file" data-entity-uuid="60a517ba-94c7-4e19-a145-3d825409e912" src="/sites/default/files/inline-images/MEB-Paper-X-Ray-Carbon-Analysis.png" class="align-right" width="908" height="412" loading="lazy" /></div> <h3>Recycling</h3> <p>This product was made in Europe mostly from wood and cotton fibers. Ideend, atoms never disappear in chemistry. It is their electrons that play around with other atoms to break and recreate molecules, which requires or generates various amounts of energies;</p> <p>So at our scale, it looks like humans and the earth constantly produce and destroy, and the more he consumes energy, the more he changes molecules. But energy is expensive in terms of financial cost, and carbon rates involved, and while not hard to produce, it is hard to store and produce exactly what is being consumed.</p> <p>It is then esential to minimise the energy consumption through a direct recycling or reuse of our wastes instead of burning or burying them thinking this is not lost anyway.</p> <p>In the case of papers, according to <a href="https://canopyplanet.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Business-Recycled-Paper-FactSheet_pdf.pdf">Canopy Sources</a>  it takes half of the water and 2/3rd of the energy to reproduce a recycled paper than to produce a paper made of virgin fibers. You can save 22 trees when producing 1 ton of recycled paper and you will not have to bury or burn paper wastes.</p> <p>Thus, if paper has to be be produced through  sustainble life-cycles, there are many other condictions involved, anddevelopping optimized recycling process, programs  and consumers involvments are definitely essential for Sustainbale hardware products life-cycles.</p> <p> </p></div> Mon, 05 Apr 2021 17:35:25 +0000 admin0106 27 at http://papierlogik.com Sustainable Goods http://papierlogik.com/sustainable-goods <span class="field field--name-title field--type-string field--label-hidden">Sustainable Goods</span> <div class="field field--name-field-main-img field--type-image field--label-hidden field__item"> <img loading="lazy" src="/sites/default/files/2021-04/Sustainable%20Goods.png" width="230" height="219" alt="Sustainable GOods have zero carbon, zero waste and they do not impact more the planet over time than what the planet and the eco-system can handle and renew" typeof="foaf:Image" /> </div> <span class="field field--name-uid field--type-entity-reference field--label-hidden"><span lang="" about="/user/1" typeof="schema:Person" property="schema:name" datatype="">admin0106</span></span> <span class="field field--name-created field--type-created field--label-hidden">Wed 31/03/2021 - 13:31</span> <div class="clearfix text-formatted field field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field__item"><p><strong>"How ca we keep counting on essentials and profitable goods and products while sufficiently lowering our impact upon the eco-system to reach a sustainable way of life?"</strong></p> <p>This could be the big question for this century as instead of taking place the year after, the overshoot day has kept coming sooner and we would now need 4 planets if every human beings on earth had the standard leaving of the French people.</p> <p>Sustainable Goods have zero carbon, zero waste and they do not impact more the planet over time than what the planet and the eco-system can handle and renew.
